Definitions

“Company” refers to Avera Water Guard, the supplier and service provider of water purifiers.

“Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing or using the water purifier or service.

“Product” refers to the water purifier or associated equipment sold by the Company.

“Service” refers to the installation, maintenance, and repair services provided by the Company

Payment

  • All payments for products and services must be made as per the agreed payment terms outlined at the time of purchase or service agreement.
  • Payment can be made through the available payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, or cash payments.
  • The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 5% per month.
  • Payments for service packages, including installation and maintenance services, must be settled in full prior to service commencement unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery

  • The delivery of the water purifier will be arranged after the receipt of payment.
  • The delivery time for products and services will be agreed upon at the time of purchase and is subject to availability and location.
  • The Company is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events outside its control, including natural disasters, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are required to inspect the product upon delivery. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Acceptance

  • By purchasing or using the Company’s products and services, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Customer confirms that the details provided during the purchase process, including delivery address and payment information, are accurate.
  • Any changes to the order or request for modification must be communicated to the Company in writing prior to the completion of service or delivery.

Defects and Returns

  • The Customer must inspect the product within 7 days of receiving it. In the case of defects or damage, the Customer must notify the Company immediately, providing proof of purchase and images of the defect or damage.
  • The Company will repair or replace defective products at no additional charge, provided the defect is not caused by misuse, negligence, or improper installation by the Customer.
  • For services, if the Customer is not satisfied, the Company will, at its discretion, attempt to remedy the service issue by offering additional service or a refund.
  • Returns are not accepted for used products unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Warranty

  • Water purifiers sold by the Company come with a standard warranty period of 1 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material issues under normal use conditions.
  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or external factors like water contamination.
  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
